ABOUT ARCHITECTURAL DEPARTMENT

        Tisan Insaat A.S. is a family firm established in 1976. Our President Architect Mr. Rasit Beserler was also the founder partner of El Mimarlik ve Dekorasyon Firms, established in 1970. This partnership continued for 30 years. During this period these firms and Tisan Insaat A.S. completed many joint Architectural, Interior Architecture, Environmental Design, and Restoration projects. The projects that Tisan Insaat completed with El Mimarlik ve Dekorasyon Firms include many build & sell contracts, large exhibition booths for international expositions, historical building restoration projects, many workplaces, multi-story offices, and retail stores, apartment, and villa Architecture, and Interior Architecture design and built. Besides all these services Tisan Insaat A.S. continues to offer consulting services in these fields to other individuals and firms.

        In 2000 Our Vice President Interior Architect Mr. Sezen Beserler, with the knowledge and experience he achieved in the US, joined Tisan Insaat. As a result of this Tisan Insaat with a large highly-trained team of 3D Specialists started to offer high-quality presentation services for medium to large scale projects in different formats like photorealistic renderings, virtual tours, and animation. Most of our presentation project services, work with our business solution partners in the US for over 20 years now. Tisan Insaat also works with some of the leading companies in Turkey.

        Besides the companies that we partnered with in the presentation projects abroad, we have other business solution partners with whom we offer more technical services. These services include the creation of Building Information Models (BIM), Mechanic Electric Plumbing (MEP) models, Constructability Models (CM), preparation of clash detection analyses, and Construction Sequencing (4D).
